Our Products

Ribbonworks offers ID tags, Christmas cards, and pet treats. We are always watching for unusual handmade items to offer so keep checking the site for updates.

All products handcrafted by Ribbonworks are guaranteed for manufacturer’s defects. If you are not delighted with our products, please return them for replacement or a full refund. We also offer free repair service to our products. Did your dog chew through the leash? We can turn it into a collar and make you a new leash. We have never charged for the repair service.

Shipping costs are prepaid on our products within the U.S. We ship via U.S. Postal Service. If you wish to use another shipping service you will be responsible for those charges. Please let us know when you place your order.
